Festival
The thrill of seeing these barrier-free films on the big screen is the heart of our year. It’s more than a festival—it’s a welcoming space where filmmakers, actors, animators, and film lovers come together to connect, learn, and celebrate storytelling without limits.
Don’t just dream it—shoot it. Join the movement, join us at DUBSMARTFF 2026.

WorkShops
We believe that filmmaking should be for everyone—not just those with expensive equipment or formal training. That’s why we run welcoming, hands-on workshops designed to break down the barriers to filmmaking. Using only mobile phones, we guide participants through the creative process, from storytelling and shooting to editing and sharing their work.
These workshops are open to all ages and all experience levels. Whether you’re a young storyteller, an adult with a passion project, or someone simply curious about how films are made, you’ll find a supportive space to learn, experiment, and express yourself. It’s about unlocking creativity, building confidence, and showing that powerful stories can be told with the tools we carry in our pockets.
Because filmmaking should be barrier-free, inclusive, and open to all.
